About the Founder
Perinatal Providers of Central Oregon began from a deeply personal place. As a mental health professional, I found myself struggling to find reliable, supportive resources during my own perinatal experience.
I felt disconnected and overwhelmed.
By the time I finally reached out, it was too much effort to find a good fit to make the time commitment feel worth it. I created this space so that hopefully, you have a different experience than I did. Here, every provider and resource is carefully selected so that you don't have to carry it all alone. You support everyone else — this is your community to feel seen, supported, and held up as you navigate the changes and challenges of this season of life.
